Great Month of Revival @ MBEWAU"
During the month of February, we have focused on Revival here @ our church in Mtepeni, we call MBEWAU. I was able to preach all four Sundays on the subject of revival in our LIFE, in our HOME, in our WORLD and in our CHURCH. Today was the final message and a perfect ending to the series. Nearly 500 attended, with nearly 200 adults and of course many children!
For the past few weeks we have announced we would give a special gift (a nice Bible) to the person who brought he most visitors on the final Sunday. Rama, our Feeding Center Manager, who also runs our “Sports Ministry” invited his entire volleyball team. Most of the men who come in the evenings to play are not Christians and do not attend our church. In fact, a few of them are Muslim. That’s why we have this ministry, to “draw ALL men to HIM”! Well, on Sunday, 10 of his players came. Of course, he won the Bible but more importantly, 7 of them raised their hands for salvation!! Rama was so happy and I have a feeling that the Sports Ministry will take on a whole new “look” next week.
We started services at 7:30 and ended after 5, which is pretty normal. We even had "pilau" for lunch which is always a crowd pleaser! Lisa and I are so proud to be a part of this small community and this amazing group of believers. We are confident that this is going to be a great year for this church.
Please continue to pray for Pastor Nzaro as he leads these people in the Mtepeni community. Pray that many will come to know Christ as a result of the outreach ministry of MBEWAU. Thanks so much for your love and support.
I'm concerned about prophesies that just can't be true,in particular about an earthquake between Australian mainland and Tasmania. This false prophet said a tsunami 100 metres tall would his Hobart in south of the state. How delicious. It would have get over a mountain range well over 1km in height in the middle of the state...false prophets shall arise and deceive many...great example in this church.
